Cooking noodles:
150 g pp Chinese noodles (PastaZara, Hanos, etc.)
Cook for 14 min., rinse with cold water, dry.

Wok cooking :
Scramble 4 eggs in oil (1 egg pp)
(100 ml sunflower oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp ginger oil)
Add dry noodles with 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ve-tsin (MSG), and salty soy sauce.
Add diced ham
Optional: Add diced meat (pork from babi pangang)
Add frech Leek rings last.
Serve with a slice of ham, a poached egg and ... sambal by!
(Poach 1 egg in plenty of oil, gently)
Best served with a cold beer 👍
