Met onderstaande tabellen bereken je hoe je handmatig de ideale scherpstel-afstand kan bepalen, de Hyper Focal. De scherptediepte is dan van ca. de helft van de Hyper Focal tot oneindig.

Chimping

Chimping is a term used in digital photography (especially when using a digital single-lens reflex camera or DSLR) to describe the habit of checking every photo on the on-camera display (LCD) immediately after capture.

Usage varies depending on context and the person using it, but common uses include:

* when a photographer's sounds and actions of reviewing frames on-scene appear similar to the actions of an excited monkey. (Oooh! Oooh! Aaah!)
* when a photographer is completely absorbed in the act of analysing, admiring or proudly showing a photo off to others.
* by experienced photographers to describe the actions of "wannabe" photographers.

Glow 2011, Eindhoven

2011-11 Glow Eindhoven

Glow is het jaarlijkse kunst-lichtfestival in de lichtstad Eindhoven. Twee weekenden wandelen er veel mensen langs de kunstprojecten en video projecties. In 2009 zijn we daar geweest maar dit jaar was het wel eens zo druk. Indrukwekkend was het om het standbeeld van Anton Philips op het plein voor het Centraal Station. Daar was de ‘Cupola’ gebouwd van kunstenaar Luminarie de Cagna. Dit 25 meter hoge kunstwerk bestaat uit 30.000 LED-lampen. Ook de videoprojecties op de Catharinakerk en bij het stadhuis waren prachtig.
