The EGYM coach sets all the devices for you once and all your personal data, such as your sitting position and training weight, are automatically saved on a chip card. Each participant trains and then changes at the same time, so that you do a complete workout within 30 minutes. Without waiting times and without it becoming boring.
During the training you receive training instructions via your personal touch display, so that possible injuries or incorrect execution of the movement are a thing of the past. So you train quickly, safely and above all very easily.
